By autumn of this year the second largest U.S. hamburger chain after McDonald’s, Burger King will offer Seattle’s Best in their menu. As we all know Starbucks Corporation acquired the Seattle Coffee Company in 2003. The expansion is to compete with McDonald’s famous McCafe Coffee. If you are a fan of BK Joe coffee, sorry guys expect by mid September they will no longer served BK Joe coffee brand and it will be replaced by Seattle’s Best Coffee. They will begin selling the coffee along with other iced varieties with choice of plain, mocha or vanilla flavors. The prices will range from $1 to $2.79 and it will be served all day.

“We’ll be delivering a better cup of coffee,” said John Schaufelberger, senior vice president of Burger King’s global product marketing and innovation, who said improving the company’s breakfast business is among the chain’s “top strategic priorities.”

  1. I worship Starbucks, so this is awesome. I picked up a taste for their coffee blends when I had a part-time job at a Starbucks franchise in college. The most excellent thing is the coffee of the day. I like trying out the various roasts on daily basis.
